Lucy Rivas-Enriquez is the author of the children’s book “D.J.’s Lullaby”, a story about adopting a young baby. She spoke with Sandy Colbert about her real-life story of being foster parents and the experience of adopting her son (and later his two older sisters) that became the basis of the book.
